Creativity & Problem Solving Through Invention Learning
Our Mission
Provides students in grade 3-12 an interactive and interdisciplinary opportunity to use the invention process to create and pitch an original product at a state-wide convention. Students will build their critical thinking and entrepreneurial skills and may qualify to compete at Invention Convention Michigan.
Our Philosophy
By emphasizing the process of invention or creation as a means of understanding and acquiring knowledge, Dare2Design program encourages students to actively engage in problem-solving, exploration, and discovery to construct their own understanding of concepts and principles.
Our Pedagogy
Our pedagogy aims to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment where learners actively construct their knowledge and develop valuable skills that extend beyond the classroom. It revolves around providing students with opportunities to engage in active, hands-on learning experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
